Festival and Cultural Rallies
The Yeshivah Centre regularly conducts major functions, events, rallies and parades, promoting important Jewish festivals.
This encourages the community to celebrate their culture and heritage fostering unity and Jewish pride.
Hospital and Nursing Home Visits
The Yeshivah Centre trains and coordinates volunteers, as well as Yeshivah-Beth Rivkah students for regular visits to elderly residents in care or at home, greatly enhancing the residents’ quality of life.

Helping Hand Foundation Inc
The Yeshivah Centre’s welfare arm, The Helping Hand Foundation Inc is a public benevolent institution providing various services that create positive, lasting change in the lives of people in difficult circumstances. Numerous philanthropic trusts have provided financial support to the Helping Hand Foundation for various projects.
The Izzy and Mary Herzog Community Library
Yeshivah Centre’s library contains over 4000 Jewish books, CDs and audio and videotapes. Resources include children and adult fiction and non-fiction and a large reference library.

Chabad Houses and Affiliate Institutions
Strategically located throughout Melbourne, Chabad Houses operate under The Yeshivah Centre’s auspices. These organisations provide spiritual outreach, educational programs and cultural services, encouraging Torah and Yiddishkeit throughout the community.
